Website health check

Most business owners don't find out Google can't read their website until customers stop finding them.

There is usually no warning. The site looks fine to you — it looks fine to everyone you show it to. Meanwhile a missing description, a page that blocks crawlers, or a script that rewrites your title after load is quietly keeping you out of search results.

Find Me First checks your site the way a search engine does, tells you what's wrong in plain English, and writes the fix for you.

No card, no account. We check your homepage and up to four more pages and email you the score. Takes about a minute.

Find it. Understand it. Fix it.

Most tools stop after the first step. A list of forty red warnings you don't understand isn't a report — it's homework. This product is built around the third step.

1

Find

We crawl your site the way Google does — including running your JavaScript in a real browser, so we see the page your visitors actually get, not just the raw file.

2

Understand

Every finding is written in plain English: what it is, why it matters for your business, and what happens if you leave it. No jargon, no severity codes to look up.

3

Fix

Every issue comes with the fix already written. Not "your meta description is missing" — the actual description, written for your business, ready to paste.

What a report looks like

One score, the things pulling it down, and the fix for each. This is a sample, not a real customer's site.

  • Your homepage has no description

Google is writing its own snippet for you by pulling a sentence off the page. Right now it shows your opening hours instead of what you sell.

The fix — paste this into your description field: “Family-run auto repair in Moncton since 2004. Brakes, tires, diagnostics and inspections, with same-week appointments.”

  • Four pages share one title

Your services, about, contact and gallery pages are all called “Home”. Search engines treat near-identical titles as duplicates and usually show only one of them.

The fix — one title per page, written for you: Brake & Tire Service in Moncton | Leblanc Auto …and three more in the full report.

  • Your booking page is blocked from search

A line in your robots.txt tells crawlers to skip /book/. That's the page you most want people to land on.

The fix — remove this one line: Disallow: /book/

What Google really sees

Google runs your website's JavaScript before it decides what your page says. Most checking tools don't — they read the raw file your server sends and stop there. If your site builder, theme or a plugin rewrites your title or description after the page loads, those tools report everything is fine while Google sees something else entirely.

Find Me First renders every page in a real browser and compares that against the raw file. When the two disagree, you get told — with the fix, and with where to apply it on your platform.

It's the difference between a checker that reads your homework and one that watches you do it.

What we don't promise

  • No ranking guarantees. Nobody controls Google's rankings. Anyone who guarantees you the top spot is making it up.
  • No overnight results. Google has to re-crawl your site after a fix. That takes days or weeks, not hours.
  • We don't write your content. We fix what stops Google reading your site. We can't fix a site that has nothing to say.
  • No keyword or backlink research. That's not this product. If that's what you need, our comparison pages say which tool to buy instead.
