Website health check for your WordPress site
WordPress gives you every setting there is, which means it also gives you every setting you can get wrong. Most sites we scan have two or three doing real damage.
What we check

The
noindexleft on after launchWordPress has a “Discourage search engines” checkbox that developers tick during a build. Forget to untick it and your entire site is invisible — not ranking badly, absent. This is the single most common serious problem we find on WordPress.
Titles and descriptions your SEO plugin writes at render time
Yoast and RankMath often set these client-side. Raw-HTML checkers report them as missing when they are fine, or as fine when a plugin conflict has broken them. We render the page and check what actually ends up there.
Category and tag archives competing with your real pages
WordPress generates archive pages automatically. Left indexable, they compete with the pages you actually want found and split your relevance across near-duplicates.
Attachment pages
Every image you upload can get its own thin page. Dozens of them, with no content, look to a search engine like a site padded with empty pages.
Plugin and theme changes that undo your fixes
An update can quietly reset a setting you fixed months ago. This is exactly why the audit repeats rather than running once.
Speed on mobile, measured honestly
Page builders and stacked plugins are the usual cause. We tell you what is heavy, not just that the page is slow.

WordPress’s menus change over time. If a path doesn’t match what you see, tell us and we’ll correct it in your report and on this page.
WordPress is the one platform where we might be able to do it for you
Everywhere else, we can only hand you the text. WordPress is different — because a lot of WordPress sites are hosted somewhere we can reach.
If your site is hosted with us, or you connect it to us, approving a fix in your report is enough: we make the change on the site itself and record what was changed and when. You never have to find the field.
If your WordPress site is on a host we do not manage, we are in the same position as with any other platform — the fix is written for you, with the paths above, and you paste it. That is still most of the work done, but we are not going to describe it as more than it is.
The one to check tonight
Go to Settings → Reading and look at “Discourage search engines from indexing this site”. If it is ticked, that is why nothing is working, and unticking it is the entire fix. We find this on live business websites more often than anyone would like to believe — usually sites that were built properly by someone who simply forgot the last step.
Why the audit repeats
WordPress changes under you. Plugins update themselves, themes get replaced, someone adds a page in a hurry with the default title still in place. A one-off audit describes a site that stopped existing the day after you read it.
Basic re-checks everything monthly. Pro re-checks weekly and tells you within the hour if
something critical breaks — a noindex appearing site-wide after a plugin update is
exactly the kind of thing you want to hear about the same day.
What we don't promise
- No ranking guarantees. Nobody controls Google's rankings. Anyone who guarantees you the top spot is making it up.
- No overnight results. Google has to re-crawl your site after a fix. That takes days or weeks, not hours.
- We don't write your content. We fix what stops Google reading your site. We can't fix a site that has nothing to say.
