Find Me First vs Ubersuggest
The sticker price is nearly identical, which makes this the most confusing comparison of the three — and the one where picking wrong wastes the most time.

Ubersuggest prices are US dollars from their public pricing page, checked July 2026. Ours are Canadian dollars before GST/HST — so at the same sticker number, a Canadian business pays less with us once the exchange rate is applied.
Choose Ubersuggest if…
- You want to know what people actually search for in your trade.
- You are writing content and want topic and keyword ideas.
- You want backlink data without paying enterprise prices.
- You are comfortable doing the fixing yourself once something is flagged.
- You want one cheap tool that touches a bit of everything.
Choose Find Me First if…
- Your site is already built and you need it to work properly.
- You want the actual words to paste, not a list of flagged items.
- You need JavaScript-rendered checks — Wix, Squarespace and modern themes need this.
- You want reports in French for a Canadian business.
- You want to pay in CAD and see your GST/HST on the invoice.
Same price, completely different products
US$29 and CA$29 look like the same decision. They are not remotely the same purchase.
Ubersuggest is a research tool. Its core job is telling you what people type into Google, how much competition there is for those phrases, and who is linking to whom. It has a site audit feature, and that feature is fine — but it is a supporting act, not the headline.
Find Me First is a maintenance product. It has no keyword research at all. What it does instead is check your site the way a search engine does, every month or every week, and hand you the written fix for everything it finds.
If you buy the wrong one of these, you will not discover the mistake for months — you will just have a subscription you do not use.
The currency point, stated plainly
Ubersuggest bills in US dollars. We bill in Canadian dollars. At the same sticker number, a Canadian business pays us less in real money — meaningfully less, at any exchange rate of the last decade. We are not going to quote a rate here because it moves, but it is worth a moment with a currency converter before assuming the two prices are equivalent.
You will also see GST or HST on our invoice at your province’s rate, handled properly, rather than working out what to do about a US software subscription at tax time.
Where Ubersuggest is the better buy
If you are producing content — blog posts, service pages, anything where you need to know what people are searching for — Ubersuggest at US$29 is very good value for that job. We do not compete with it there and we would not try. Its keyword data is the reason to buy it, and that reason is real.
It is also worth saying: their audit will catch plenty of genuine problems. It is not a bad audit. It just reads the raw HTML, which on a Wix or Squarespace site can miss the things that matter most, and it names problems rather than solving them.
Where we are the better buy
Three specific places.
Rendered checks. If your site is built on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or a modern WordPress theme, a lot of what a search engine sees is assembled by JavaScript after the page loads. Raw-HTML checkers miss that entirely — sometimes reporting problems that do not exist, sometimes missing ones that do. We render every page in a real browser and compare.
The fix being written. Every finding arrives with the actual text. Not “add a meta description” — the description, written for your business, ready to paste.
French. Full French reports for a Canadian business, which for a lot of our customers in New Brunswick and Québec is not a nice-to-have.
The straightforward test
Ask yourself what you would do the day after signing up. If the answer is “look up what people search for in my industry”, buy Ubersuggest. If it is “find out why my site isn’t showing up and fix it”, run our free scan first — it costs nothing and it will tell you whether you have a problem worth paying anyone for.
What we don't promise
- No ranking guarantees. Nobody controls Google's rankings. Anyone who guarantees you the top spot is making it up.
- No overnight results. Google has to re-crawl your site after a fix. That takes days or weeks, not hours.
- We don't write your content. We fix what stops Google reading your site. We can't fix a site that has nothing to say.
- No keyword or backlink research. That's not this product. If that's what you need, our comparison pages say which tool to buy instead.
