Applicable GST/HST is added at checkout based on your province. Billing is monthly and you can cancel from your portal at any time.
About "fixes applied for you"
Both plans write the fix for every issue. Whether we can apply it depends on where your website lives.
- If your site is hosted with us or connected to us, you can approve a fix and we'll make the change on the site itself. One button, and it's done.
- If your site is somewhere else — Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, a WordPress host we don't manage — we can't reach in and edit it, and we won't pretend otherwise. You get the exact text to paste and step-by-step instructions for where it goes on your specific platform.

Before we take a card
Signing up runs a connection check first. We confirm your website is reachable and that we can actually crawl it before any payment details are asked for.
If we can't reach your site, we tell you why and we don't take your money. Selling a monthly audit of a site we can't audit would be a good way to get paid once and deserve it never.
What we don't promise
- No ranking guarantees. Nobody controls Google's rankings. Anyone who guarantees you the top spot is making it up.
- No overnight results. Google has to re-crawl your site after a fix. That takes days or weeks, not hours.
- We don't write your content. We fix what stops Google reading your site. We can't fix a site that has nothing to say.
- No keyword or backlink research. That's not this product. If that's what you need, our comparison pages say which tool to buy instead.
